Responsibilities

- Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing market insights, challenging thinking and influencing hiring decisions to deliver talent outcomes aligned to immediate and future business needs.
- Partner with leaders to understand current and future talent needs; develop and execute tailored attraction strategies to identify, assess and secure exceptional talent across a diverse portfolio of specialist roles.
- Bring Dexus' Employee Value Proposition to life through interactions that authentically represent our values, culture and purpose to attract, engage and inspire talent.
- Leverage data, market intelligence and workforce insights to inform talent strategies, measure effectiveness and enable evidence-based hiring decisions; embrace AI and emerging technologies to drive innovation, efficiency and recruitment excellence.
- Enhance recruitment practices, policies and processes; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that elevate the experience for candidates, hiring leaders and stakeholders.

About You / Qualifications

- Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition partnering role within a complex corporate environment.
- Strong capability across talent attraction, direct sourcing, assessment and selection,



with a passion for delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.
- Ability to influence, coach and partner with stakeholders at all levels, building credibility through insight, judgment and service excellence.
- Commercial thinking and a business-first mindset, understanding how talent decisions support broader organisational objectives.
- Confidence using data, market intelligence and technology to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies.
