The Opportunity

- We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of network and data centre capacity builds across the JAPAC region.
- You will be responsible for driving end-to-end program delivery across the full data centre lifecycle, managing builds from colocation construction through to commissioning, RFS, and operational handover.
- This includes oversight of network and electrical (LV) installations, procurement, scheduling, commercial performance, and cross-functional delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- This role supports both current construction and fit-out programs, while enabling future expansion across regional data centre portfolios.

What You'll Do

Program Leadership & Delivery

- Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure programs,



from planning through to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements
- Manage delivery across the full lifecycle, including colo build, infrastructure installation (network and LV systems), commissioning, RFS, and handover
- Oversee multiple concurrent data centre capacity builds, driving program outcomes and delivery success
- Identify and proactively manage construction and technical risks to maintain delivery timelines

Stakeholder & Partner Management

- Collaborate with colocation providers, external supply chain partners, and internal stakeholders across global teams
- Build strong working relationships, influencing cross-functional teams to deliver aligned outcomes
- Communicate complex program, technical, and delivery updates to senior leadership clearly and concisely

Program & Commercial Management

- Own delivery across procurement, contract/commercial management, scheduling, and program controls
- Define and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables aligned to business goals
- Track priorities, dependencies, and committed actions, providing actionable insights to stakeholders

Continuous Improvement

- Drive process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and program outcomes
- Apply best practices across data centre infrastructure (network, hardware, mechanical, and electrical systems)

What You'll Need





- 9+ years' experience in technical infrastructure or program management
- Proven delivery of data centre construction or infrastructure build programs, including end-to-end lifecycle ownership
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs in high-availability, mission‐critical environments

Technical Knowledge

- Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, including:
- Network
- Hardware
- Mechanical and electrical systems

Program Delivery Capability

- Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end infrastructure programs from build through to RFS and handover
- Strong experience across risk management, procurement, scheduling, and commercial delivery

Leadership & Communication

- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across global, matrixed teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Ability to operate autonomously and drive outcomes in complex environments
