Overview

As Head of Sales for Home Care, you'll lead Baptist Care's national sales strategy, driving growth and creating meaningful connections with customers.

You won't just follow existing practices—you'll design and build them. From crafting frameworks and processes to developing capability, you'll set the standard for how we sell.

Working hand-in-hand with Home Care Operations, you'll spot growth opportunities, activate plans, align sales with workforce capacity, and empower teams through training. You'll also champion CRM adoption, share market insights, and strengthen stakeholder relationships to deliver results that matter.

This is a nationally based hybrid role - with required travel between sites/interstate as required.

About You

- 8+ years' leadership experience in sales within Home Care, aged care, health, or related services.
- Proven ability to lead sales teams and deliver growth and performance outcomes in health or social care environments.
- Strong track record of achieving sales growth and commercial targets in a customer-centred way.
- Deep understanding of government-funded Home Care programs, reforms, and compliance requirements.
- High-level capability in CRM use, data reporting, and sales analytics.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
