This permanent full time role drives the Aboriginal Employment Strategy and supports the RAP, partnering with People & Culture, Talent Acquisition and leaders to boost attraction, retention and advancement of Aboriginal staff.
You will deliver expert guidance on Aboriginal employment matters, lead strategic initiatives, and foster strong relationships with Aboriginal communities
