The NSW Police Force is one of the largest police forces in the western world, employing over 20,000 people including more than 4,000 administrative staff who support the sworn officers who provide law and order services 24 hours a day, seven days a week to the diverse community of NSW.

About the role

The Change Manager works within the Client Engagement Team, Technology & Communication Services Command. The role is responsible for developing and implementing change‑management strategies that support a portfolio of strategic projects, achieve project outcomes, and support organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading change‑management activities across multiple strategic programs to drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement, adoption and sustained outcomes.
- Building strong partnerships with senior leaders and stakeholders to influence transformational initiatives.
- Translating complex initiatives into practical, people‑focused change strategies.
- Ensuring successful transitions to recent ways of working across one of the state’s most complex organisations.

Total Remuneration Package: $202,163 pa. Package includes salary from $154,231 to $178,369, plus employer's contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.
