We’re partnering with a Mid-Tier 2 Developer-Builder with a strong reputation (4 Gold star iCIRT) across Sydney to appoint a Senior Estimator to join their office team in Sydney CBD, NSW. Known for delivering complex, design-driven projects, this builder has an impressive pipeline and a collaborative, skilled culture.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for leading tenders across a portfolio of high-value projects, including:

- Mixed-use projects

Project values typically range from $50M to $200M, providing exposure to technically challenging and high-profile builds.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the preparation of detailed cost plans, estimates, and tender submissions
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documentation
- Manage subcontractor engagement, pricing, and negotiations
- Identify project risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering initiatives
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including project and design teams
- Support continuous improvement of estimating systems and processes

About You

We’re open to candidates who are:

- Currently working as a Senior Estimator, or




- A capable Estimator ready to step up into a senior position
- Experience with a reputable builder on commercial or residential projects
- Exposure to high-rise and mixed-use developments (highly regarded)
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
