This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment for 5 years, with the possibility of extension(s).

Position Profile

We’re seeking a strong leader to take on the Director, Health Networks role at a key time for WA Health. This role sits at the centre of shaping a more integrated, high‑performing system—bringing clinicians, services and partners together to influence system priorities and contribute to the reform agenda.

Responsibilities

- Provide visible leadership across the system
- Strengthen Health Networks as a platform for integration and collaboration
- Connect strategy, planning and service delivery, ensuring clinical insight shapes decisions
- Champion best practice, innovation and shared models of care
- Support meaningful clinician and consumer engagement in system design

Eligibility to Apply

Applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen,



permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments). Applicants must obtain conditional approval from their manager to be released for this opportunity before applying.

Other Conditions

WA Health engages staff in positions of trust and responsibility. Policies require applicants to undertake a criminal records screening and integrity checking as part of the appointment process, and possibly a working with children check and a pre‑employment health assessment.
