Senior Graphic Designer

The role will work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer and Brand Marketing Manager and is integral in shaping the visual direction of more than 20 brands, driving consistency across print, digital, video, signage, equipment branding and customer communications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and develop the Creative Services team, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing culture.
- Translate marketing strategies into compelling creative concepts and oversee high‑quality execution across all channels.
- Review and approve creative assets to ensure brand consistency and quality standards.
- Provide creative direction for video production, including concepts, storyboards and final approvals.
- Develop, maintain and govern brand guidelines, design systems, templates and creative asset libraries across the Group.
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver nationally consistent branding across branches, vehicles, equipment, signage and promotional materials.
- Lead the design and production of print, digital, advertising, signage and campaign assets across multiple brands.
- Manage supplier relationships, print production and quality control to ensure exceptional outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement through productive creative workflows, AI‑assisted design tools and emerging technologies.
- Allocate workloads, coach team members and support ongoing professional development.

What You Bring

- Minimum 7 years’ experience in graphic design, branding or creative leadership.
- Proven experience developing and managing brand guidelines across multiple channels.




- Strong expertise in print production, signage, vehicle graphics and large‑format design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern creative technologies, including AI‑assisted design workflows.
- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience within a creative team.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, visual communication and brand systems.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.

What Will Set You Apart

- Experience within a multi‑brand, agency or national organisation.
- Working knowledge of Canva Enterprise, Figma or similar collaborative design platforms.
- Experience directing photographers or videographers and providing creative feedback.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video production workflows.
