HR Manager (Lead Role) - Fast Growing ASX Listed Mining Services Group
EXCITING GROWTH PROSPECT - HR MANAGER - ASX LISTED MINING SERVICES GROUP
This is a broad, hands-on HR Manager role supporting multiple businesses within the Group. Working closely with the CFO, senior leaders and operational managers, you will play a key role in supporting the Group's people, performance, remuneration, training and workforce planning initiatives while providing practical HR support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Performance, Reward & Development
- Lead performance review, remuneration review and employee development programs across the Group.
- Support the administration and ongoing development of incentive, reward and recognition frameworks.
- Provide remuneration benchmarking and workforce insights to support management decision-making.
HR Business Partnering & Employee Relations
- Provide practical HR advice and support to managers and senior leaders.
- Support employee relations matters, including workplace issues, grievances, conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain clear, consistent HR documentation, policies and employee communications.
Recruitment, Onboarding & Workforce Planning
- Manage recruitment and onboarding of professional, corporate and support service roles.
- Provide HR guidance to internal recruitment teams supporting operational and blue-collar roles, including advertising, shortlisting, reference checking and selection practices.
- Support workforce planning, resource planning and capability discussions across the Group.
- Coordinate employment contracts, variations,
probation processes and other employment-related documentation across relevant Group entities.
- Provide advice on award interpretation, employment conditions, remuneration frameworks and annual Fair Work updates.
- Assist with maintaining compliance of employee classifications, remuneration and employment arrangements across the Group.
Training, Competency & RTO Compliance
- Oversee training administration, training matrices and workforce competency records.
- Manage the Group's RTO and ASQA compliance requirements, including training records, licence registers, registration renewals, audit readiness and regulator obligations.
- Ensure training systems, records and compliance processes support both operational and regulatory requirements.
Workforce Reporting & Analytics
- Develop practical monthly people reporting for management.
- Provide insights on headcount, recruitment, turnover, performance review completion, training compliance and workforce trends.
- Support improved visibility over employee data, workforce movements, capability and people-related risks.
About You
- Experienced HR professional with strong business partnering, employee relations and performance management capability.
- Practical, organised and comfortable operating in a hands-on role within a growing business.
- Confident supporting managers with remuneration reviews, recruitment, employee matters and workforce planning.
- Able to manage HR records, reporting requirements, training documentation and compliance obligations with strong attention to detail.
- Mining, mining services, contracting, industrial or RTO experience would be highly regarded.
