Your future role

We have an exciting chance available for an experienced Supplier Quality Manager to join our team responsible for the delivery of the High Capacity Signalling (HCS) project in Perth, Western Australia. This transformational project will deliver a new Automatic Train Control (ATC) system across the Perth metro network, and is the worlds largest signalling project by route length.

In this role you will be responsible for all supplier quality related activities for the project including trackside, rollingstock fitment and infrastructure. Based out of our Perth CBD project office, you will also be required to spend time at our project warehouse in Ashfield.

We'll look to you for:

- Reviewing the customer contract and developing supplier quality specifications.
- Completing quality critical risk assessments on external purchased material (ALSTOM SPL).
- Managing new supplier introduction audits and assessments.
- Coordinating with the Supplier Product Quality Development (SPQD) team to ensure supplier qualification and compliance with project requirements.
- Liaising with customer and suppliers to manage First Article Inspections (FAI) and witness First Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
- Developing Incoming quality control plan and conducting incoming quality checks (Dimensional inspection, visual inspection, documentation validation, etc.,).
- Managing the supplier NCR process.




- Managing customer acceptance on material lot.
- Monitoring supplier quality performance.
- Conducting supplier quality audits.
- Improving supplier quality performance.

- Australian recognized tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Electrical, Electronic, Systems or similar) will be highly regarded.
