Northern Star Resources is seeking a Planning & Reliability Superintendent to lead maintenance planning, scheduling and reliability at the Jundee processing plant. The role is permanent, on a Tuesday to Friday four-days-on/three-days-off FIFO roster from Perth, reporting to the Processing Manager.
The successful candidate will drive work management maturity, backlog control and KPI visibility while coaching planners and maintenance leaders to improve asset availability and reliability outcomes.
