In this role, you'll:

- Support the development, delivery and implementation of projects to achieve agreed outcomes aligned to organisational objectives
- Provide project management and support services including preparation of reports, briefs and correspondence
- Maintain and manage project documentation, plans and registers to support monitoring, evaluation and governance
- Contribute to project planning activities, including scheduling, resourcing and progress tracking
- Coordinate working groups, meetings and consultations to support effective project delivery
- Source, collate and analyse data to identify emerging issues and track performance against milestones
- Undertake research and analysis to support informed decision making and continuous improvement
- Contribute to and deliver project outcomes within agreed timeframes, budgets and quality standards
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent skilled experience
- Solid planning skills with the ability to organise, prioritise and manage competing demands
- Experience in process mapping and contributing to business improvement initiatives




- Demonstrated ability to contribute to and deliver project outcomes within structured governance frameworks
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, including coordinating engagement and maintaining effective working relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of clear reports and briefs
- Analytical mindset with the ability to research issues, interpret data and present information logically
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
