The Role

Bega Group are seeking an experienced Senior National Business Manager ready to own, grow and transform a $280M RSV beverages portfolio for Coles. This is a career-defining chance to take the reins of a high-profile national account, where you'll shape category strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and unlock growth across iconic brands.

You'll bring commercial sharpness, bold thinking and a passion for winning in a fast-paced FMCG environment, leading from the front, building high-impact partnerships, and inspiring your team of three direct reports to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

- Own full P&L; accountability for the beverage portfolio within Coles, driving sustainable revenue growth and profitability outcomes
- Lead customer planning including range reviews, promotions, and ongoing account management to strengthen performance and partnerships
- Develop and execute compelling category and customer growth strategies aligned with business objectives
- Influence and deliver joint business planning across multiple categories in collaboration with the Coles partnership
- Provide strong leadership to inspire, coach, and enable team members to achieve growth targets and high performance

Qualifications





- Solid commercial acumen with proven ability to manage P&L; and deliver high performance in a grocery or FMCG workplace
- Experienced in stakeholder management with exceptional communication and influencing skills across internal and external partners
- Highly analytical, able to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies and recommendations
- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience building, coaching, and engaging high-performing teams
- Disciplined planner with robust prioritisation skills and experience delivering joint business plans and strategic initiative
