Great design systems are built by helping hundreds of people create better products faster. We’re looking for a Product Designer to evolve and scale the Netwealth Design System.
What you’ll be doing
- Design reusable components and patterns, partnering with the rest of the design team
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design and code stay aligned
- Improve the quality, consistency and accessibility of the platform
- Support feature teams with adoption and implementation of the design system
- Contribute to guidelines, tooling and processes that enable teams to move faster
- Help evolve design systems in an increasingly AI‑enabled world
You’ll probably be a positive fit if you
- Have 2–5 years experience designing digital products
- Enjoy thinking systematically, not just screen‑by‑screen
- Have experience working with design systems and component libraries
- Care about detail, consistency and craft
- Love collaborating with both designers and engineers
- Want to develop deep expertise in scalable product design
