As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Brand & Marketing Manager to help shape how MAEK is experienced—building awareness, strengthening trust, reaching new audiences and helping more clients discover our refined approach to luxury Design & Construction.

About the Role

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Brand & Marketing Manager to lead the next stage of our marketing evolution.

Working closely with our leadership team, you'll develop and implement marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, expand our presence in new growth markets and connect with new audiences seeking exceptional custom homes.

This is a role for someone who understands that luxury brands are built through consistency, trust and thoughtful storytelling—not simply advertising. You'll have the opportunity to shape how MAEK is experienced across every touchpoint, ensuring our marketing reflects the same level of care, refinement and attention to detail that defines the homes we create.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement MAEK's annual brand and marketing strategy.





Increase brand awareness across Perth's premium residential market.

Grow brand presence in new growth markets and connect with new audiences.

Generate qualified enquiries through integrated digital and traditional marketing initiatives.

Identify new opportunities to elevate the MAEK brand through partnerships, sponsorships and strategic collaborations.

Manage digital advertising across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms.

Oversee content creation including photography, videography, copywriting, website and social media.

Manage website performance, SEO and conversion optimisation.

Plan and execute client nurture and email marketing campaigns.

Analyse campaign performance and continually optimise results.

Manage marketing budgets and external creative partners.

Protect and evolve MAEK's premium brand across every client touchpoint.

About You

You're equal parts strategic thinker, creative storyteller and commercially minded marketer.

More importantly, you have a genuine appreciation for architecture, design and luxury living. You understand the expectations of a discerning audience and instinctively know how premium brands should look, sound and feel.

You'll appreciate that effective luxury marketing is understated, considered and authentic. Every piece of communication matters, and every detail contributes to the overall perception of the brand.

You'll likely bring:

- Five or more years' experience in brand, marketing or communications.




- Proven success developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
- Strong digital marketing experience, including paid social and lead generation.
- Copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Outstanding visual judgement and attention to detail.
- Confidence interpreting marketing data and translating insights into action.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and continuously improve.

Previous experience working within the luxury brand space will be highly regarded.
