We are seeking a Design Manager with proven experience managing the design process for luxury multi-storey residential projects in South East Queensland.

This is a full-time position based on site, with our office being based in Broadbeach, QLD.

As a Senior Design Manager, you will:

- Manage the design process from concept through to delivery for multi-storey residential projects
- Review and maintain design briefs and client deliverables, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, statutory requirements, and the Building Code of Australia.
- Collaborate with contractors, consultants and stakeholders to deliver innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective design solutions that meet project objectives.
- Oversee safety in design, sustainability targets (e.g., Green Star/NABERS), and ensure buildability and quality expectations are achievable.
- Manage design budgets, timelines, and scope changes while supporting tenders, ECI, and value engineering initiatives.
- Manage design documentation, approvals, and reporting,



ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project milestones.

What will make you stand out?

- Minimum 5+ years' experience delivering luxury multi-story residential projects in South East Queensland.
- Experience working for a head contractor (tier 1-3) with proven full project delivery
- Engineering background/qualification highly desirable
- Experience working on site with clients, contractors and cross functional teams, with a track record of delivering on promises and exceeding expectations.
- Tertiary qualifications in Design, Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
