Our client:

With a positive market and several key clients forming exclusive partnerships with the MPL Group, these partnerships are centred on strategic recruitment initiatives for their local operations in SEQ, QLD.

With a growing pipeline of approved commercial (office and retail), residential (multi-unit, accommodation), and industrial developments, with individual projects exceeding $200 million.

Emphasising collaboration, leadership, and relationship-building with clients in both the private and public sectors is essential.

As a result, MPL Group is eager to connect with local professionals who have experience and qualifications in construction and development for various roles.

- Design & Development Managers – Lead and provide guidance on residential and commercial projects.
- Senior Project Managers (Project Directors) – Lead and provide counsel on projects exceeding $200M
- Senior Contracts Administrators (QS)



- Commercial and residential projects

About you:

We are seeking candidates who hold degrees in architecture, construction, project management, or engineering, and possess relevant industry experience with a proven track record in successfully delivering projects across mixed-use, residential, commercial, and/or industrial sectors.

Candidates should possess expertise in the local market, a solid understanding of industry standards and software, and established qualified relationships. They must also align with our client's core values.
