TCLH is looking for a driven and passionate HR Manager to join our team in a permanent, office-based position on the Gold Coast.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations — delivering effective HR, driving a high-performing culture, and ensuring our team feels valued, supported, and empowered every day. You’ll work closely with our leadership team across people & culture, recruitment, training, and systems.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
People & Culture
- Support the development of organisational culture and staff engagement strategies
- Advise management on organisational change and provide HR guidance across the team
- Manage the full HR lifecycle, ensuring compliance with external standards and best practice
- Interpret and apply award entitlements, EDO conditions, the Fair Work Act and related legislation
- Conduct remuneration benchmarking and advise on allowances and equity strategies
- Develop and maintain employment-related policies and procedures
- Support WHS compliance obligations in coordination with National Operations
- Administer and coordinate the TCLH Rockstar Recognition & Reward Program
- Champion our core company values — in everything we do at TCLH
Recruitment
- Oversee and support recruitment requirements across the organisation
- Closely manage recruitment of office-based staff
- Partner with the recruitment manager on retention, onboarding/offboarding, and talent acquisition strategies
Training & Development
- Identify training needs through job analysis, appraisals and consultation
- Manage the TCLH Training Matrix and Field Induction Matrix
- Design and deliver training programs, inductions, and e-learning via our Academy platform
- Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure programs remain cost-effective
- Keep up to date with developments in e-learning and new methodologies
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Tertiary qualification or Diploma in Human Resources Management
Relevant experience in human resources or a related discipline
Demonstrated management and organisational skills
Experience in collaborative and consultative processes at a professional level
Ability to work flexibly in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
Confident executing strategies in consultation with leadership and management teams
Solid time management with ability to meet deadlines and deliver outcomes
Experience of utilising Tanda as a HR platform will be of significant advantage
