We are looking for a Branch Manager with heavymachinery industry experience who can lead from the front, build a strong teamand run a high-performing operation.

About the role

As Branch Manager, you’ll take full ownershipof the performance, culture and direction of our Darwin branch.

You’ll lead across Sales, Parts and Service,bringing the team together to deliver strong results and an exceptionalcustomer experience.

What you’ll bring

- Proven experience in the heavy machinery or agricultural industrywill be highly regarded
- Strong understanding of branch operations across Sales, Parts and Service
- Experience leading teams in a hands-on environment




- Strong commercial and financial capability
- Ability to build trust, accountability and engagement

- Leading a team working with John Deere equipment, supportingcustomers across key industries in the region
- Owning the branch budget and overall performance
- Coaching and developing your team
- Driving a safe, positive and high-performing culture
- Building strong customer relationships
