What You’ll Be Doing

This is a senior role with a outstanding mix of autonomy and client engagement. You’ll:

- Manage your own caseload across the Northern Territory
- Provide workplace rehab and return-to-work support
- Conduct ergonomic and workplace assessments
- Attend occasional referrer events and generate ongoing referrals
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality documentation and reporting
- Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working

About You

You’reexperienced, driven, and ready to take the next step in your career while still doing work that feels good.

- Qualified in OT, Physio, EP, Psychology, Nursing, Chiro, Rehab Counsellingor Social Work
- Registered with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORCor AASW
- 2+ years’ experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant
- Confident communicator who builds strong rapport
- Organised, responsive, and great at juggling priorities
- Open to mentoring others and contributing to team success
