ICT Change Manager – Canberra

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for an ICT Change Manager in Canberra.

Qualifications

- Experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations or IT Change Management.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) leading the assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of changes arising from Requests for Change (RFCs) within complex ICT environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing organisational change in complex ICT environments, including supporting the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and managing end-to-end change lifecycles.
