Senior Supervisor – Earthworks | Major Civil Infrastructure Project | FIFO 2/1 Roster | 30% FIFO Uplift

Lead the delivery of major earthworks on a landmark civil infrastructure project.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor – Earthworks to join a major civil infrastructure project and play a key role in delivering large-scale earthworks safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with the Project Manager and Engineering team, you will oversee day‐to‐day site operations, lead supervisors and subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered on schedule while maintaining a strong safety culture.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‐on leader who thrives in a fast‐paced construction environment and has extensive experience managing large civil earthworks projects.

About the Role

- Lead and coordinate daily earthworks operations across the project
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors and plant resources
- Ensure works are delivered safely on time and to specification
- Plan and coordinate construction activities to meet project milestones
- Monitor productivity, quality and project performance
- Drive compliance with WHS, environmental and quality standards
- Conduct pre‐starts, toolbox talks and site inspections




- Work closely with Project Engineers and the Project Manager to resolve construction challenges
- Manage subcontractor performance and site logistics
- Promote a positive, high‐performing and safety‐focused team culture

About You

- Extensive experience supervising large civil earthworks projects
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews
- Background in bulk earthworks, roads, bridges, renewable energy or major infrastructure projects
- Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing and site operations
- Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and plant efficiently
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and environmental compliance
- Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills
- Current Driver's Licence and White Card
