Role Description
The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Maadi, QLD. In this position, the individual will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, and promote Jadarat's recruitment, outsourcing, and payroll solutions.
Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, responding to client inquiries, and negotiating proposals and contracts.
The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, tracking sales pipelines, and preparing regular reports on performance and market trends.
The Business Development Executive is expected to represent Jadarat professionally, support long-term partnerships, and contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.
Qualifications
Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and account management.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders and close deals.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities in workforce solutions or related services.
Client relationship management skills, with a focus on building trust, understanding business needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple prospects, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
Experience in HR services, recruitment, outsourcing, or payroll solutions is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in standard business software (e.g., CRM tools, spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort working with performance targets.
Ability to work collaboratively in a structured, process-driven setting and adapt to evolving client and market needs.
