About the Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee projects from initial design brief through to completion, ensuring seamless coordination between all stakeholders. This role will see you manage the design and consultancy process, drive project delivery excellence, and maintain full accountability for time, cost, and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate design and consultancy teams through all project phases, from concept to completion
- Oversee the design and construction process to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget,



and to the highest standards
- Manage client relationships and project communication to ensure alignment and satisfaction
- Develop and implement project strategies that reflect both commercial objectives and design integrity
- Deliver accurate financial management and reporting across all project stages Identify and mitigate risks across design and construction phases
- Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and standards

Skills & Experience Required:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management within D&C; commercial or industrial projects
- Proven background managing end to end delivery of complex builds
- Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and safety practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships
- Strategic thinker with sound commercial acumen and excellent problem solving skills
- Results driven mindset with a focus on quality and client satisfaction
- $160k-$200k + Super + Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance
- Work with an established builder renowned for integrity and quality with 80% of work coming from repeat business
- Long term relationships and negotiated projects, no constant tender churn
