You will autonomously oversee mechanical projects from $10m upwards across education, health, data centers and commercial sectors, ensuring delivery on time and budget within a family‑oriented company culture.
The role requires at least 5 years of HVAC construction PM experience, demonstrated management of $5m+ projects, and robust communication.
