About the Role

We are seeking an experienced team leader with solid mechanical aptitude and a passion for quality, safety and continuous improvement. SKF Australia is looking for a Circular Solutions Centre Supervisor to lead our workshop operations and deliver bearing remanufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise workshop output to achieve Production, Productivity and Efficiency targets.
- Manage stock, spare parts, lubricants and workshop consumables.
- Coordinate dispatch of orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and manage workshop supplies.
- Mentor and support technicians and inspectors.
- Supervise inspection and remanufacturing of bearings and housings to SKF and customer standards.




- Ensure accurate measurement, documentation and correct lubrication processes.
- Maintain strict cleanliness standards to prevent contamination.
- Ensure compliance with SKF Quality Management System and EHS procedures.
- Promote safety awareness, report hazards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow corporate policies, business processes and legal standards.

About You

The ideal candidate will hold a Trade Certificate in Engineering or Fitting & Machining. The role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of bearing refurbishment/remanufacturing and experience supervising technical teams. A valid Australian driver's license and a forklift license are required, while additional certifications in HSE or Quality Management will be highly regarded.
