About the role
This is an opportunity to put clinical planning expertise to work at the heart of our national architecture health team, someone who is passionate about sharing their knowledge and elevating the quality of our healthcare projects across Australia.
We’re looking for a Senior Health Planning specialist to join our Brisbane team and play a key role on one of Queensland’s most significant health infrastructure projects.
This is an opportunity to contribute to the planning and design of a major public healthcare development that will have a lasting impact on patients, staff and the wider community, applying your specialist knowledge, shaping design strategies for this complex project.
Working closely with our multidisciplinary design team, you’ll help guide health planning outcomes across the project — translating clinical requirements, operational needs and user insights into thoughtful, practical and high-performing environments.
You’ll bring deep experience in health planning, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to work confidently across briefing, planning and design development. You’ll collaborate with architects, interior designers, clinical users and project leaders to help shape spaces that support better care and deliver exceptional project outcomes.
