Job Details Location: Box Hill Work type: Full‑time, 12‑Month maximum term with possibility of extension Hourly rate: Competitive salary + tax‑reducing salary package Working model: Hybrid About the role We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to undertake the feasibility assessment of a new Financial Management System (FMS) for St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria and its subsidiaries.

Reporting into the project team, you will be responsible for documenting current‑state business processes, gathering and documenting Level 1 business requirements, and completing a feasibility assessment of potential Financial Management System solutions.
You will work closely with finance, IT and operational stakeholders to understand business needs, assess solution options, and develop business cases to support informed decision‑making. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Finance or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent practical experience. Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting finance systems, ERP or Financial Management System implementations. Demonstrated experience leading early‑stage project scoping, feasibility assessments and options analysis. Experience developing business cases,



including cost‑benefit analysis and executive‑level recommendations. Solid understanding of core accounting processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and financial reporting. Experience engaging with stakeholders, vendors and supporting procurement activities. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and written communication skills. Experience using tools such as Visio, Miro, Jira, Confluence or equivalent.
