About the role
You'll work on a broad range of medical negligence matters,



providing strategic advice and strong client advocacy from commencement through to resolution.

Responsibilities

Manage your own medical negligence file load
Develop and implement litigation strategies
Build strong relationships with clients, experts and counsel
Negotiate settlements and represent clients through the litigation process

Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice

Qualifications

Experience practising in medical negligence law or Wrongs Act matters
Strong litigation and file management skills
Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
A genuine passion for helping injured people
A collaborative approach and desire to contribute to a positive team culture
