About the Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of this busy flagship location. You'll be responsible for motivating your team, driving sales performance, maintaining exceptional visual presentation and ensuring every customer leaves with an outstanding shopping experience.

This role suits an energetic leader who enjoys being on the shop floor, leading by example and inspiring others to achieve results.

Roster:

Full-Time

Rotating roster:

Monday to Friday

Tuesday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in the daily operations of the business.

Lead, coach and inspire the team to achieve sales and service targets.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience through hands-on leadership.

Recruit,



train and develop team members to reach their full potential.

Drive KPIs while maintaining a positive and engaging team culture.

Oversee merchandising, store presentation and operational excellence.

Assist with stock management, rostering and administrative tasks.

Lead by example and foster a high-performing, customer-focused environment.

About You

You'll be an experienced retail leader who is passionate about developing people and delivering results.

You'll bring:

Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager or Senior Supervisor.

A genuine passion for retail and customer service.

Strong leadership and coaching skills.

A commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales and team performance.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

High energy, initiative and a positive, hands-on leadership style.

A commitment to creating an engaging and inclusive team culture.
