Jackson Asphalt is seeking an experienced final trim Operator to join our Civil Team

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating skid steer machinery safely and efficiently across a range of civil construction projects. You will work as part of a dedicated crew delivering high-quality outcomes while maintaining strong safety standards.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years' experience operating skid steer loaders in a civil construction environment and final Trim.

- Relevant machinery tickets and licences.

- Experience working on civil works, earthworks, drainage, road construction, or infrastructure projects.

- Strong understanding of site safety requirements and procedures.

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

- White Card (essential).

- Current driver's licence and reliable transport

- Road Ranger HR licence (desirable)





Key Responsibilities

- Operate skid steer equipment safely and efficiently.

- Perform daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance.

- Assist with general civil construction duties as required.

- Follow site plans, instructions, and safety procedures.

- Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members.
