About Your Role

As our Practice Manager, you will:

- Manage the daily operations of a busy GP Clinic

- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team

- Drive efficiency, growth and patient experience excellence

- Implement systems, workflows and best practices from the ground up

- Work closely with doctors and other stakeholders to build a thriving practice culture

- Achieve and maintain successful practice accreditation by developing practice policies and procedures and ensuring continued compliance, as required.

Skills Required:





- Proven management experience in General Practice or healthcare management

- Proven experience in financial management, human resources and practice accreditation compliance

- Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills

- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations

- Strong organisational and time-management skills

- Confidence with billing, Medicare and compliance

- Experience with Best Practice Software (desirable)
