Reporting to the Group General Manager, your main responsibilities are:

- Provide exceptional and professional customer service via telephone and email, converting inbound sales enquiries and leads into orders.
- Ensure sales quotes and sales order are entered into the system correctly.
- To ensure product knowledge and information provided regarding the product exceeds customer requirements.
- Generate revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending new products and services.
- Attain sales by developing relationships with recent and existing clients.

Team Poly is an Australian manufacturing company specialising in poly products and is part of the Kingspan Group, which has manufacturing plants across 11 sites in QLD, NSW, VIC, WA and SA. Since 1990, Team Poly has manufactured tanks for various uses including chemical storage, liquid fertiliser, rainwater harvesting, water treatment and custom fit industrial tanks. About You

· 5+ years’ experience gained in the building, construction or manufacturing industries





- Good understanding and experience at interpreting hydraulic drawings
- Ability to manage complex business relationships
- Shows initiative, independent thinking, well-developed problem-solving and consultation skills along with the ability to develop a positive, accountable, and customer serviced focused culture
- Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
