About the Role:We're excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced finance leader to establish and lead our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) function. In this newly created role, you'll partner with executive and operational leaders to drive strategic decision-making, deliver commercial insights, and shape the future of finance through enhanced reporting, analytics, and business performance.

Working alongside the Financial Controller, you'll drive financial planning and commercial strategy, using data-driven insights, enhanced reporting, and the Pronto ERP platform to improve business performance and support Parabellum's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis across the business.
- Deliver strategic reporting and commercial insights to support informed business decisions.
- Partner with operational leaders to improve business performance, profitability, and productivity.
- Drive reporting, analytics, process improvements, and the ongoing development of the Pronto ERP platform.
- Support strategic initiatives, business cases, and organizational growth opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A; team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

About you:

- CA/CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce,



or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years' experience in FP&A;, commercial finance, or management accounting.
- Advanced budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling skills.
- Robust commercial acumen with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (Pronto and Power BI highly regarded).
- Previous leadership experience within contracting, resources, engineering, infrastructure, or project-based environments is advantageous.
