Following significant planning and investment, they are now entering a pivotal phase of their SAP journey and are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to help drive the next stage of the program.
Description
- Lead the end-to-end SAP RFP and vendor selection process
- Facilitate workshops to gather business and technical requirements
- Work with external consulting partners throughout procurement activities
- Manage stakeholder engagement across finance, procurement and operations
- Develop business cases, governance artefacts and executive presentations
- Evaluate implementation partners and support commercial discussions
- Establish project governance, risk management and reporting processes
- Support the transition from vendor selection into implementation delivery
Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience leading SAP RFPs and vendor selection processes
- Strong SAP transformation and project delivery experience
- Demonstrated experience with SAP Finance and Procurement environments
- Experience managing implementation partners and third-party vendors
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all organisational levels
- Able to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
- Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills
- Mining, resources, energy or heavy industry experience is highly regarded
