Cascada Group manufactures high-quality precast concrete products used in infrastructure, mining, utilities and commercial construction projects throughout Western Australia.

Our products help build roads, electrical networks, communications infrastructure, mining operations and major developments across the state.

About the Role

This isn't a call centre job and it isn't a high-pressure retail sales role.

You'll be working with business customers including:

- Construction companies

- Electrical contractors

- Civil contractors

- Engineers

- Local governments





- Mining companies

- Builders

You'll spend your day speaking with customers over the phone, responding to enquiries, preparing quotations, solving problems and helping clients choose the right solution for their projects.

As your experience grows, you'll visit customers, build long-term relationships and become a trusted adviser they enjoy dealing with.

No two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing

- Building strong relationships with recent and existing customers

- Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email

- Preparing accurate quotations

- Following up opportunities and winning new business

- Visiting customers and developing long-term partnerships

- Working closely with our production team to deliver outstanding service

- Learning about our products and how they're used on construction projects

- Managing your own customer portfolio

- Helping drive the future growth of Cascada

Who We're Looking For

We're far more interested in attitude than experience.

You'll succeed if you're someone who:

- has professional presentation & a customer first mindset.

- Is proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)





- Is confident both face-to-face and on the phone

- Enjoys meeting recent people and building relationships

- Has a positive, can-do attitude

- Is naturally organised and reliable

- Likes solving problems

- Wants to learn new skills every day

- Takes pride in doing a great job

- Wants to build a genuine career rather than just have a job

Sales experience is helpful, but it's not essential.

Construction industry experience is also advantageous, but we'll provide full training.
