Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a talented Plumbing Supervisor to join our expanding plumbing operations team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a highly skilled Plumbing Supervisor with solid experience in residential construction who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role provides an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and contribute to its success.

As a Plumbing Supervisor, you will oversee and ensure the quality of work completed by both staff and subcontractors. This hybrid role office/site based includes processing completed job tasks through our project management system and attending sites to inspect installations in person, while also meeting with internal plumbing technicians and building clients.

Your responsibilities will include performing quality control checks, liaising with building supervisors, internal operations staff, and other stakeholders to coordinate project timelines, and managing projects from start to finish. You'll need to be proactive, solve problems effectively, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Familiarity with technology is essential to communicate, track progress, and solve any issues that arise. The ability to lead, manage a team, and ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects will be key. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dedication,



a strong work ethic, and the ability to act responsibly and efficiently on all tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise and monitor the quality of work performed by plumbers and subcontractors.

- Process completed job tasks through project management software, reviewing technician notes, photos, and managing projects.

- Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.

- Liaise with building supervisors, the internal operations team, and other stakeholders to coordinate project timelines.

- Read and interpret project plans accurately to ensure smooth project execution.

- Provide ongoing guidance and support to team members, ensuring effective project management.

- Solve problems efficiently and adapt to changing project requirements.

- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

ABOUT YOU

- Must have relevant plumbing trade qualification, Cert III in Plumbing (or Equivalent) or higher.

- White Card certification.

- Proven experience in Residential & Commercial plumbing/construction.

- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years plumbing experience in residential and commercial construction.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

- Project management experience, including planning, organizing, and resource management.

- Experience using project/job management software such as Aroflo, ServiceM8, SimPro, or similar (preferable).

- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.

- Australian work rights are required for this role.

- Current full driver's licence is required for this position.
