What You'll Do

- Prepare and cook meals across grill, pans and fryers during service

- Deliver consistent, high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen





- Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team during peak trade

- Keep your section clean, organised and service-ready

- Follow food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards

- Communicate effectively to help keep service running smoothly

What We're Looking For

- Demonstrated experience as a Chef or Cook in a rapid-paced kitchen

- Confidence working across grill, pans or fryers during busy service

- Experience in a high-volume pub, hotel or bistro kitchen is preferred

- Reliable transport to and from the venue

- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is highly regarded
