Adelaide General Plumbing is an established and trusted leading contractor working across multiple active sites, specializing in large-scale commercial, industrial, and civil stormwater plumbing projects. Driven by strong growth, we are looking for a motivated Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator who brings strong technical knowledge, exceptional communication, and a "grassroots" understanding of site delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple commercial and civil construction sites.

- Act as a key point of contact, confidently handling client-facing communication and stakeholder management.

- Read, interpret, and access digital construction plans accurately on-site.





- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and up to technical standards (particularly regarding inverts and stormwater drainage).

- Provide leadership to on-site teams, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.

What We Are Looking For

We hire for personality, drive, and technical foundations over a specific corporate pedigree. To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience: A minimum of 6+ years within the construction/plumbing industry (Commercial, Industrial, and Civil Stormwater experience is highly regarded).

- Technical Knowledge: A strong grasp of plumbing and civil construction terminology (e.g., inverts, drainage systems, plan reading).

- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you must be comfortable dealing directly with clients and site teams alike.

- Systems: Seeking someone that is reasonably computer literacy (answering emails, accessing and navigating digital plans etc). Willingness to learn new system.

- Drive: An appetite to take on a new challenge in your career, with a strong work ethic.
