Branch Manager – Tyre, Wheels & Suspension

Lead a new operation with real authority.

We're opening a new tyre, wheel and suspension retail operation in Welshpool this October 2026 and are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead the business from day one.

Employment will commence in early to mid-September 2026, allowing you time to recruit your team, set up the branch, establish stock levels and help prepare the business for a successful October opening.

More than just a tyre store, the branch will also focus on suspension upgrades, wheel alignments and basic servicing, giving you the opportunity to grow multiple revenue streams and build a successful operation.

Your Responsibilities

- Lead all day-to-day branch operations

- Recruit, build and mentor your own team

- Select your own stock range and product mix

- Assist with the final setup and launch of the new branch

- Grow trade, fleet and retail business

- Promote and grow suspension, wheel alignment and basic servicing sales

- Identify new revenue opportunities to grow the branch

- Deliver exceptional customer service

- Drive profitability and overall branch performance

About You

- Extensive experience in the tyre and wheel industry is essential

- Proven success managing a high-performing branch, workshop or retail operation

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, mentor and motivate a team

- Commercially minded with excellent stock control and purchasing experience

- Confident building relationships with trade, fleet and retail customers

- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service

- A hands-on leader who leads from the front
