About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in Cairns. You'll be responsible for driving sales, creating an exceptional in-store experience, and leading your team to achieve outstanding results. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach, inspire, and develop your team while ensuring the store operates at the highest standard.
What You Need
- Previous Store Manager or experienced Assistant Store Manager experience within fashion retail
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams
- Exceptional customer service and styling abilities
- Experience managing store operations including rostering, stock control, and visual merchandising
- A genuine passion for fashion and creating memorable customer experiences
