We’re on the lookout for a full-time Duty Manager to join our vibrant team and help us deliver exceptional experiences across our event, bar, and grill space.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, community-driven setting.

About the Role

As Duty Manager, you’ll be at the centre of our operations — ensuring every shift runs smoothly while leading your team with enthusiasm and professionalism.
You’ll oversee service, staffing, compliance, and customer satisfaction, helping ROAR Bar & Grill continue to set the standard in great food, great vibes, and outstanding experiences.

This role offers future opportunities of working in a larger role and even being a part of our massive events space coming soon.

Requirements:

1. Must hold a current WA Driver’s Licence

2. Must hold an Unrestricted Approved Manager’s Card

3.



Successful applicants will be required to complete the Food Safety Supervisor Course (mandatory for this role)

About You

You’re a confident, hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and people. You take pride in creating a welcoming environment and thrive under pressure.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has proven experience in hospitality or venue management (bar, restaurant, or event space preferred)

- Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills

- Understands compliance and operational requirements

- Is available to work weekends (a must!)

- Brings positive energy and a true “ROAR with Pride” attitude to every shift
