We're seeking a passionate Educator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced educators seeking long-term career growth, including 482 or 494 employer sponsorship for eligible applicants.

What you'll do

- Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

- Foster a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning setting for every child

- Build positive relationships with children, families and your team

- Support children's learning, wellbeing and development through meaningful interactions

- Contribute to maintaining high standards under the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to deliver exceptional education and care

What you'll bring

- A genuine commitment to child safety, always speaking up and doing the right thing in line with Busy Bees values

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)





- Demonstrated experience working as an Educator within the Australian Early Childhood sector

- Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)

- Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration, or the ability to obtain one

- Full working rights in Australia or eligibility for employer-sponsored visa pathways (482/494)
