We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of complex, high-value projects ($5M–$20M).This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping our growing remedial division while delivering impactful coastal infrastructure projects.
About the RoleIn this role, you will lead the successful delivery of large and technically challenging projects from strategy through to execution and close-out. You’ll be responsible for driving safety, performance, client satisfaction, and profitability, while building solid teams and lasting client relationships.
What You’ll Be DoingLeading end-to-end project delivery across marine and remedial worksDeveloping and executing project strategies, programs, and critical path milestonesIdentifying and managing risks to ensure safe and successful outcomesChampioning a zero-harm safety culture across all worksManaging client relationships, anticipating needs, and identifying growth opportunitiesDriving strong commercial performance through cost control and labour efficiencyOverseeing contracts, claims, and commercial risk managementLeading, mentoring, and empowering project teams and subcontractorsManaging procurement and negotiations for labour, materials, and servicesSupporting innovation and driving continuous improvement onsiteDelivering accurate reporting, forecasting, and project performance insightsLeading project close-out,
ensuring all deliverables and financials are finalisedWhat You’ll Bring
QualificationsDegree in Engineering or ConstructionPostgraduate qualification in Project Management (highly regarded)Experience & Skills
Minimum 8+ years’ experience in construction, ideally in a Project Manager or leadership roleProven track record delivering medium to large-scale projects ($5M–$20M)Experience in marine, civil, or remedial projects highly desirableStrong knowledge of Australian Standards and regulationsCommercially astute with strong contract and risk management experienceHighly organised, able to manage multiple projects concurrentlyExcellent communication skills confident with clients, teams, and reportingWhy Join Us?
