The Opportunity

This is an exciting time to join Catalyst Metals as we continue to grow across the Plutonic Gold Belt. With multiple new mining areas coming online, we are seeking experienced Bogger Operators to join our Development and Remote Production teams. Whether your experience lies in development headings or tele-remote production stopes, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, efficient and productive underground mining outcomes.
About the Role

As we build toward 2.2 million tonnes per annum, efficient load and haul performance is central to achieving production targets. Our Bogger Operators are critical to keeping headings clean, stopes productive and ore moving safely to surface.
Operating modern Sandvik LHDs equipped with RTC systems, you’ll work across development and production areas, maintaining steady material movement and supporting cycle time optimisation.
This is a role for operators who understand production flow and take ownership of tonnes moved safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate underground Load-Haul-Dump (LHD) units across development and production areas
- Bog development headings and production stopes safely and efficiently
- Set up and operate tele-remote bogger systems
- Load, haul and transfer ore and waste material to stockpiles and ore passes
- Load underground trucks
- Maintain underground roads, headings and working areas
- Complete pre-start inspections and report equipment defects
- Assist Service Crew,
Charge-Up and Jumbo Operators as required
- Contribute to achieving daily and monthly production targets
- Adhere to all site safety standards, procedures and operational requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience operating underground boggers/LHDs
- Experience in Development Bogging and/or Remote Production Bogging
- Tele-remote bogging experience (highly regarded)
- Experience operating Sandvik 514 and/or 517 loaders
- Robust awareness of underground traffic management and interaction risks
- Commitment to maintaining clean and efficient working areas
- Strong commitment to safety and team-based work
- Ability to follow procedures and work to plan
- Current Manual C-Class Driver's Licence
- Current Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC)
