About the Role

As a Driller's Offsider, you'll be an essential part of the drilling crew and play a key role in delivering safe and productive drilling operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the movement, setup and operation of drill rigs

- Collecting, handling and recording geological samples





- Conducting routine maintenance and inspections of equipment

- Completing pre-starts, safety checks and vehicle inspections

- Supporting the Driller to achieve production targets safely and efficiently

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

- Contributing to a positive team culture on site

Who We're Looking For

Experience in mining or drilling is advantageous, but not essential.

We're looking for people who bring the right attitude, work ethic and commitment to safety.

To be successful, you'll have:

- A strong focus on safety

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Physical fitness and the ability to perform demanding manual work

- Reliability and a strong work ethic

- Valuable communication and teamwork skills

- Strong attention to detail

- WA residency

- Full Australian working rights

- Current HR Driver's Licence

- Current National Police Clearance
