What Makes This Opportunity Exciting? As Team Leader, you'll:Lead and develop a high-performing operational teamDrive improvements across systems, processes and service deliveryPartner with teams across the business to deliver better outcomesSupport transformation initiatives including process redesign and technology uplift.Build capability through coaching, mentoring and cross-skillingPlay an key role in balancing operational efficiency, compliance and member experience
MandatoryProven people leadership experience, with the ability to coach, mentor and develop team members.Experience in a service or operational environment, including problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration and complaint resolution.Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes and drive efficiency.Strong decision-making, communication, organisational and prioritisation skills.Proven delivery against operational performance metrics and continuous improvement goals.Adaptable, resilient and comfortable working in a changing environment.Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Highly DesirableExperience in private health insurance, including membership operations and PHI legislation (LHC,



AGR).Experience with operational transformation, process improvement or system implementation projects.Experience using CRM or policy administration systems (e.g. Dynamics 365).Understanding of back-office operations, operational metrics and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
