The Opportunity
As Clinical Manager, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering specialised mental health services to young people.
You'll oversee clinical governance, service delivery, stakeholder engagement,
workforce leadership and program performance while ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. This role combines hands-on clinical leadership with business and operational management, making it ideal for a leader who thrives in energetic environments and enjoys balancing strategy with service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary clinical team Oversee clinical governance and service quality Drive service innovation and continuous improvement Manage program performance, funding deliverables and reporting Build strong partnerships across health, community and government sectors Support young people experiencing complex and high-risk mental health needs Champion evidence-based and integrated models of care

Essential Qualifications & Registration
To be considered for this role, you must hold:
A tertiary qualification in: Psychology Social Work Occupational Therapy Nursing or another relevant health discipline Current registration with AHPRA, or membership/registration with the relevant professional body such as: Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) Australian Counselling Association (ACA) or equivalent governing body. Essential Requirements
You Will Also Possess
Significant leadership experience within health, mental health or community services Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex service delivery environments Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk management and quality systems Proven experience supporting young people with complex mental health needs Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain) Current Open Driver's Licence Ability to obtain or hold a Licensed Care Suitability Check.
Highly Regarded
Accredited Mental Health Social Worker status ACA Level 3 Accreditation Postgraduate qualifications in Health Services Management or Business Experience working within the not-for-profit sector.
