About the Role

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating recruitment, onboarding and people administration activities across the employee lifecycle. You will support the attraction, engagement and onboarding of new employees while ensuring recruitment processes, employee records, training administration and HR workflows are managed accurately, professionally and efficiently.

Based in our Darwin Head Office, you will work closely with operational leaders, hiring managers and project teams across the business to support workforce planning and people initiatives that contribute directly to organisational success.

About You

You are a proactive and detail-oriented HR or recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding service to both candidates and employees. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and understand the importance of balancing people-focused support with strong administrative discipline.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
- Experience within recruitment, human resources, workforce administration or a related people-focused role.
- The ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage with candidates, employees and leaders at all levels.
- A genuine passion for providing an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
- Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong written communication and reporting capabilities.
