IMDEX is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Strategic Analyst to become the day-to-day engine behind our strategic planning cycle.

About the RoleThe Strategic Analyst plays a critical role in translating IMDEX's strategy into a disciplined, high-performing operating rhythm. This role will ensure leadership teams have the insights, analysis and materials needed to make informed decisions with clarity and confidence.You will coordinate strategic planning activities, prepare executive-ready artefacts, support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings, and maintain a strong connection between strategy execution, the Corporate Financial Model and the FP&A; planning cycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the coordination and execution of IMDEX's strategic planning and performance management processes.Prepare high-quality strategic analyses, reports, presentations and decision-support materials for executive leadership and governance forums.Lead the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Steering Committee (SteerCo) sessions and other strategic review meetings.Translate strategic objectives into measurable outcomes, tracking progress across strategic priorities and initiatives.Develop and maintain robust reporting and performance dashboards aligned to strategic objectives.Create a tight feedback loop between strategic priorities, business performance, the Corporate Financial Model and FP&A; processes.Conduct market, competitor,



industry and business performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.Identify emerging risks, opportunities and performance trends, providing actionable recommendations.Work closely with business leaders to ensure alignment between strategy, investment decisions and execution priorities.Continuously improve strategic planning frameworks, governance processes and operating rhythms.
About YouYou are a structured thinker who enjoys solving complex business problems and translating data into meaningful insights. You bring a consulting mindset, exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence outcomes through fact-based analysis.
Essential ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.Experience in a management consulting firm or a strategic advisory role.Proven experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, business transformation or performance management.Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to link strategy to financial outcomes.Experience preparing executive-level presentations and board-quality materials.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
